June 29, 2013

Just wanted to let you know that my husband Roberto's vasectomy reversal done by Dr. Wosnitzer is a success!  We just gave birth to our second child, Michael!  He is perfect in every way!  and we have Dr. W to thank.

Roberto's vasectomy was done in 1996, and we had the original vasectomy reversal done by another urologist which was not successful. Our second time around, we chose Dr. W for surgery which was perfect in every way.!

Thought you could add our son's birth to your list of successes!  Dr. Wosnitzer is a miracle worker!

God Bless!
Maria

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer and staff,

Frank and I are happy to announce the birth of our son, Spencer on May 9, 2013, just in time for Mother's Day. A picture of the baby is attached. Benjamin's birth came less than 14 months after the reversal surgery.

Again, we would like to thank you for your care and for helping to make this dream come true.

Sincerely,

Mary and Frank

Thank you all,

Deidre came into the world full of life on December 8th, 2012 at 5:16am. A life that would not have been possible only two years ago. I hope you will include this letter in your book of successes so that I can speak clearly to those men who are considering this procedure with you.

First, it is so worth it. Even with 2 adult children I thought I'd be an old hand at being a father but the delight, soul-filling joy, that I feel even in the middle of the night when she's frustrated and crying is more profound than ever because I know my reckless decision based in convenience years ago almost prevented this life from being.

Second, I interviewed and did consults with 3 doctors in 3 states including Florida and California who spoke of success and how easy it is but I did the research, I knew a seventeen year old procedure performed by a Naval doctor who promised me I'll never get anyone pregnant again would be hard to change. I have several friends who had a reversal and none of them conceived. I am fully convinced it was the vitamins prescribed after the procedure that started the factory back into life combined with the capable precise surgery which I believe was done with more precision than the unsuccessful procedures of my friends. I knew that the doctor was doing it differently here. I trusted in him and it worked.

Thirdly, The doctor said it would take 6 to 8 months for my wife to conceive and exactly at eight months we were pregnant. There are never any guarantees but your approach gave me the confidence to try. That's what I would say to the men sitting in your waiting room. It's so worth trying even if it doesn't work it is worth the risk.

Lastly, I have spoken to two men desiring vasectomies and advised the not to do it based on my life experience which I consider a success.
Thank you for helping me have this precious little girl. Hopefully she will have a little sister of brother in another two years.

Thank you all.

We came to you in December 2011 for a vasectomy reversal 13 yrs after the vasectomy, we are so thankful we came to you, Dr. Wosnitzer!
We can't thank you enough for making this possible. Without your help, we would not have our beautiful daughter Leila.

Thank you again so much for your expertise, kindness and hospitality! We wouldn't have her without you and your wonderful staff!

Dear Dr. W and staff,
My husband had his original surgery three years prior to the reversal and it was the best money that we could've spent b/c we were able to expand our family from 2 children to now 4.  Our 3rd child, Kathy, was born 13 months after the reversal and we just had our 4th child, Amanda, on 11/10/12---almost 5 years post reversal. We just wanted to let you know and send our thanks to all of you so we could bring 2 more miracles into our family.

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer and Staff,

We are so proud to announce the birth of our beautiful daughter, Julia, on 10/13/12!! We came to you for a vasectomy reversal 16 yrs after the vasectomy...after being told locally that our chances of success were slim to none. But we put our faith in Dr. Wosnitzer, and we are so thankful that we did! You and your caring staff took such excellent care of my husband and I, with something that was so very delicate and important to our lives! We had the reversal in June of 2009, and were determined to let things happen naturally from there, if it was meant to be, it would be! After an early miscarriage in Feb. 2011, we finally found out we were expecting in Feb. 2012, and this time we saw the heartbeat at 6 wks! Everything went great from there, and we got to welcome our perfect daughter to this world on Oct. 13th at just shy of 40 wks and weighing in at 7 lbs, 7 ozs! We are completely in love with our "miracle" baby! And she's also the first girl born in the family in over 100 years! She's already a little spoiled, but she couldn't possibly be more wanted and loved!!! Thank you again so much for your "steady hands" and expertise! We wouldn't have her without you and your wonderful staff!

With much love and thanks,

To the office of Dr. Wosnitzer and staff. And to whomever may have the opportunity to read this page of absolute respect and gratitude while preparing for your reversal surgery .

My wife Theresa and I have had this situation of advancing our lives to the next level for a fairly long time. We researched doctors and prices all over the country, primarily in New York where we live. We were willing to go as far as necessary to have this dream fulfilled but, cost was a rather large stumbling block . We wanted someone who was specific in this field. Most that we found had other specialties and I had seen a few who were leaders in the field of urology in NYC. When we found Dr. Wosnitzer, I for the first time felt a sense of relief, comfort and surety at going through with the process wholly . My wife actually did the finding and requested paper work for a further look into his practice which lead to my aforementioned confidence in his work.

It's a whole thing about our journey that got us to the doctor's table ( I Love surprising my wife and it was Christmas when she got the news, let's not get distracted) but, make no mistake there was no hesitation.

This is about how awesome the doctor and his staff are. I never in my wildest imagination believed this could be an easy process. As a man, to think of being on a table, for 4 hours, with knives, needles and clamps around the ball court was not my idea of good game. But they are the most professional and hospitable staff I've ever encountered. They kept me warm and informed every step of the way. They're great conversationalist, with real talk, not nervous, distracting useless chatter with a true interest in your life's process with your spouse. The care and attentiveness of the staff was amazing. They treated my wife and I with such care, they even provided material for her regarding pregnancy, health, vitamins and info for women at the age of risk.

This will, without a doubt be the best experience of your lives. You have chosen the best doctor, who is a master and pioneer of his craft with a staff that will treat you like a part of their family. We are January 2012 reversites (that's not a word but you get what I mean). By the time you read this hopefully it will have a picture of our Child attached, if not........stay tuned.

Be extremely blessed.

P.s. Be sure to get the chicken soup.......it's the best and the container will be handy.....you'll understand....trust me!!

Big Thank You to the doctor and his staff, again and again and again.

Tom and Theresa of NYC.

This is Dennis Stanton writing to you with good news, my wife Elizabeth and I would like to share with you. In November 2008 I had my vasectomy done and in January of 2011 I underwent the reversal procedure performed by Dr. Morey Wosnitzer. In May we had a positive pregnancy result. We are expecting our new family member in mid January. We are both very happy.

The procedure was not as bad as I had anticipated. And now, almost 11 months after the procedure, traces of the surgery are not noticeable.

Our mutual thanks, and hope all of your patients have success and fulfill their dreams of a larger family,

Dr. Wosnitzer, Nancy, and Staff,

We wanted to share our great news with you. On December 9, 2010, we delivered a beautiful, healthy baby boy! Dr. W performed my husband's reversal on April 1, 2008 after he had a vasectomy 7 years prior. Once we were married, we wanted to have a child together, so we began the research and preparation. Dr. Wosnitzer was highly recommended and definitely the cheapest price anywhere. At first I was concerned because the price was so much lower than anywhere else I checked; however after further research, I found his record impeccable and the referrals from prior patients to be outstanding. We became pregnant the first time in October of 09, but we lost the baby to a miscarriage at 3 months. However, we became pregnant with our son in March of 2010 and had a successful pregnancy thanks in part to Dr W's wonderful skills. We are very thankful for the kind words, the continued support, and of course the great skill that you gave us throughout the process. When we received the news that my husband's sperm count was low at first, I was so upset and hopeless; however, you encouraged us to continue the vitamins and keep hope. That is what we did. I prayed, kept hope, and we were given the greatest gift. My husband is 47 and I am 38, so we were battling age as well as reversal issues; however, we had no fertility treatments, and in very little time became pregnant. Our baby's name is Ryan. He was 8 lbs. 1 oz. and 20 inches long. Please feel free to use us as a reference because you were an answer to prayer for us!

Thanks,
Carla and Scott Stillme

We felt very comfortable with our decision to come there and now are even more confident that we made the right choice. You may remember that Tony's surgery was one of the longer, more difficult surgeries that you had done. But, it worked!!! We got pregnant just seven months after the surgery and I am now 32 weeks along with a baby boy. We're so thankful to you! Without your dedication to completing a difficult case we wouldn't be blessed today with a son on the way. Thank you so much! We'll send pictures of the baby to add to your album once he's born.

Good afternoon, I am writing with exciting news! Samuel and I are 8 weeks pregnant!

Samuel had his reversal on 1/16/2009, and we conceived in late February. Our due date is November 21st.

We did have some assistance - since I turned 39 in January, we were concerned about running out of time, so we sought out the help of The University of Pennsylvania Fertility Care. They scheduled us for 3 rounds of Clomid-assisted Intrauterine Insemination. The first round worked and here we are!

As Sam is 46 and I am 39, this is truly a miracle and a blessing, and we wanted to extend our appreciation for your help to get us there.

I will keep in touch and send pictures.

We are indebted to you forever for helping us to have a complete home. Frankly, when I first went to your center in late 2006, I had no confidence at all that this could possibly be done, realizing the fact that I had my vasectomy done in April 1977. To me then it was more or less a job I had to do for my wife as I promised her that I would give it a try when we got married. No one in my family believed that I still could have a child after 30 years of vasectomy. And Dr. Worsnitzer, you did it. You made my wife a totally happy person and give my family the best thing we could ever ask in our life.

If there is anything else I can do for you, please let me know.

Thank you so very much.

Hi there,
Not sure if you will remember us, but we came to your facility for my husband's second vasectomy reversal back in 2007. My husband, John and I, Jillian, were amazed that Dr. Wosnitzer did the job that the first surgeon could not do! Right away, with the very first test, we knew that the surgery was a success, the sperm analysis showed many and motile sperm! So we tried and tried...with no luck, and decided that I should be checked out at the fertility clinic. We started doing IUIs, and low and behold, one worked, only to end in ectopic pregnancy. After finally checking my tubes, the doctors at the clinic said that my tubes were very scarred and that IVF might be a better choice for us.
We went ahead with the costly IVF procedure, only to have another pregnancy end in an ectopic pregnancy. We were devastated. That was it; we gave up emotionally, mentally and financially. I started to eat unhealthy, drank alcohol more than usual and took up smoking cigarettes again, partly due to the loss that I felt knowing that motherhood wasn't in my future. My husband was lucky enough to have already fathered three girls from a previous marriage but the reality was setting in that we could never have a baby together.
It was in September of 2009, that I really wasn't feeling right, and couldn't really recall when my last period was (due to the fact that I had stopped keeping track) so I asked Rich to get my a pregnancy test just to rule that out as being any possible reason for my ill feelings. Low and behold, the test was positive! I couldn't believe my eyes!! I refused to get too excited as the previous two pregnancies ended so abruptly. So I called my clinic and went in for the dreaded blood test to check my levels of HCG. They called me later that day and said that the levels were near 6000 and that I should come in right away for ultrasound to make sure that the embryo was in the uterus.
We went in for the ultrasound and there it was, the gestational sac and the fetal pole, right smack dab in the middle of my uterus... what a sight for sore eyes, and a sore heart, I might add. A couple weeks later, we went in again to see the heartbeat and the rest is history! We are now 30 weeks along with our baby girl, Gianna!
We owe it all to Dr. Wosnitzer and the Lord above, of course! Dr. Wosnitzer's miracle working hands helped us by giving us the opportunity to receive God's gracious gift of life! I cannot express how much joy that we have in our hearts and how many thanks we owe Dr. Wosnitzer and staff at the Vasectomy Reversal Center of New Jersey. I am so glad that we made the trip and went ahead with the second surgery on Richard. We will send you a photo of our little angel just as soon as she makes her debut into the world, due June 4th!

Sincerely,
Jillian and John

Subject: Long Awaited Success...

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer,
It has been an incredibly long wait for us.  My husband Michael had his reversal surgery in March of 2002, almost 21 years after his vasectomy.  Subsequently, we sought the services of a fertility specialist to have an evaluation done.  Michael had a sperm count performed in June of 2002 which showed a good count with some motility issues.  We underwent IUI only once in August of that year, however, it was unsuccessful.  The fertility doctor at that time advised us that it would be highly unlikely that we would get pregnant without interventions, such as  invitro.  Shortly afterward, began years of personal tragedies that would side track our attempts to pursue a pregnancy.  However, we continued to pray that God would bless us with a child.
On January 12th, 2008 I took a pregnancy test after having a dream that I gave birth to a baby boy.  I wasn't even late for my period yet, however, my spirit called me to buy a EPT.  I took the test in the morning and SURPRISE   IT WAS POSITIVE.    This was definitely a shocking blessing, I had just turned 40 on December 13th and Michael's 50th birthday was January 11th....Happy Birthday to US.  God sure does have a sense of humor.  We are so thankful to God for rewarding our faith, hope and prayers.  We are especially thankful to you Dr. Wosnitzer, for your dedication to providing hope to families who thought they could never overcome the obstacles of vasectomy.  We are proof that nothing is impossible with faith and dedication.  No words can express the appreciation for your service to our family.  Thank You, God Bless You.

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer, Nancy and
staff,
January 5th, 2009

It has been over two years since our visit with you.  My husband was the
one who talked on the cell phone the entire procedure! Matthew was 45 when the
reversal was completed and we followed your instructions and got pregnant
almost immediately.  Unfortunately, I had an ectopic pregnancy and lost the
baby in January of 07.  By God's grace we had Edmund  (1-18-08) one year
later at nearly 10 lbs and 21”.  He his now almost one year old and the most
content, easy going little fellow there could ever be.  We are even more
excited to share with you that we are expecting our next child and pray the
pregnancy goes well.  My sincere apologies for such a delay in sharing the
good news and following up.  You've truly given us a blessed life as the
bible states "Blessed is he whose quiver is full" meaning the more children
the more we are blessed. We couldn't be happier and we certainly can not
express our gratitude to each of you in your kindness, hospitality, sense of
humor and encouragement.  We are forever grateful to you!

With utmost appreciation, The Parsons family

Dr. W and team:
I am writing with the happiest news - in our 5th month of trying since my reversal surgery, Victoria got pregnant. She just confirmed it with her ob/gyn and she's healthy and everything looks good.
We are thrilled and I am so glad I chose you to perform the surgery. It was a great decision and we just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate you and what you do. I wish all of your patients the same success we've had and look forward to sending baby pictures next spring!
All the best,

Hi Nancy. I just wanted to say a big hello from Nova Scotia, and to tell you that everything is going fine with my post-op healing… etc.
I am following the doctor’s advice to the letter, and I wanted to say thanks to all of you for making my surgery as pleasant as it was. I was (am) very impressed with the way I was treated and handled throughout this process. Anyways, a big hello from Natalie and I, and I want you all to know we will not forget the way we were treated, or forget any of you. Also, I want you to know also that I will be mailing a print of E2smugglers Cove “behind our home that I painted just recently. I will have it in the mail early next week, and I hope it finds a nice place on the walls of your very quaint office.
Thank you very much!

Best regards..

Subject: It worked! Photos of our precious Son

Dear Dr Wosnitzer, Nancy and the rest of the team!

Just wanted to let you know that our beautiful Son, Billy Stanley Trumbalt was born
May 21st 2008. He was 7lb 1oz and 20 inches long. (I have attached a couple of photos
taken of him and me in hospital). He is 3 weeks today and the pregnancy went perfect.

We are the English couple that now live in the US. Michael had his reversal done last
July, (think it was around the 11th). He worked just around the corner from your
office. It took just over 5 hours as the UK had done the vasectomy a little too well.
We waited the 6 weeks and when it was time to try, Mark had to fly back to the UK for
business, so we had 1 try when I wasn't even at my most fertile and a miracle, I became
pregnant, first time trying, and only once!!! Michael rang Nancy to let her know and you
said it was a record! So we didn't need to send the sperm sample in for the 10 weeks
check. 3 weeks ago today our Son was born - can't tell you how happy you have made us,
we are truly blessed. He is such a beautiful boy, so placid and so lucky!

We cannot thank you all enough, you have made our dreams come true. I have just emailed
a potential client of yours, asking about Dr Wosnitzer and the procedure, etc and had
lots of wonderful things to say!

Thank you again

Elizabeth and Michael Trumbalt

Dear Dr and Staff:
Thank you. My partner Neil had a vas reversal done at your facility in May of 2002. He was 53 years old at that time and his vasectomy had been done 15 years prior to that. We chose your facility primarily because of the extremely reasonable cost...low cost in fact.
6 years later, we have three (3) magical children whom I refer to as the high tech babies. I became pregnant with Zach just 10 months after the vasectomy reversal. Maria was born 18 months after Zach, and Gilian was born 18 months after that. In between all that, I had two very early miscarriages. Now we have to practice birth control.....Imagine that!
When you did the reversal, everyone on your staff that day was completely committed to our care and comfort. After six years, that was one of the most memorable aspects of our time with you.
Please accept our thanks and gratitude for a job well done. You have helped us achieve way more than we expected. I cannot say enough.
Thanks again.
Shelly, Niehls and the 3 high tech babies.

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer, Nancy and the entire staff,

Sorry it took so long to email you our greatest thanks for the exceptional care you gave Erik during his Vasectomy Reversal in December. He actually had "fun" in some sort of crazy way. He was so very comfortable during the surgery and still has nothing but nice things to say about all of you! He still laughs when he thinks about laying on the table while the staff breaked for lunch and being allowed to use his cell phone to call me with an update! You really made him feel so at ease!
He has healed perfectly fine! Everything is looking much more back to normal now. He is taking all of his vitamins faithfully. I wish I would have thanked you for everything sooner, but with the holidays soon after his surgery, things got a little lost in the shuffle.
We can officially start trying this week!! We are so excited. We will be sending you the 1st sample in mid February. Wouldn't it be nice if we could also inform you that we are already pregnant just like the many great success stories I read while waiting in your wonderful office.

Thank you again for everything!!!!!

We will keep you updated!!!!!!!

Nancy and all,

Please see the attached for your information.

Due to my work commitments I travel extensively. As you know I sent a sample for you from Australia and it was unfortunately damaged in transit.

On Monday (October 1st) we went along to a fertility clinic here in Spain to have a test carried out. The attached is the result information we received today. The guy at the clinic was surprised (almost shocked) at the levels and quality.
Dr. Wosnitzer should once again be proud of his skills. A job well done in correcting my reversal but still no joy with meeting sperm and egg yet. A point working slightly against us is that I was in Australia last year and am currently in Holland while Rachel is in Spain. We are fixing that major obstacle in the coming months.

We will get there. My personal feeling is that this will be soon as both Rachel and I are in excellent health and are positive in our approach to this. We will keep you informed.

Thank you to you all. Best regards,

Subject: RE: Reference regarding vasectomy reversal
My husband had a successful reversal performed by Dr. Wosnitzer almost
three years ago. Ten months later I was pregnant with my daughter who was
born on 2/3/05. (Photo of our family attached) What was really incredible about our situation is that my husband had the vasectomy almost 13 years before the reversal. Thus, the
likelihood of success was substantially lower for us. Another complication
was that my husband had a hernia corrected when he was a kid and so the vas
was much higher up on one side. Dr. Wosnitzer had a very difficult time
getting to that side but never gave up and kept working for several
additional hours to get both connected. He wanted us to have the best
possible chance to get pregnant. He is really dedicated and skilled. We
had interviewed many urologists and could not find anyone who could do it
for us so affordably. More importantly, I think it is better to go to a
Dr. who does the procedure several times per week as opposed to most
urologists who are not so specialized and only do them a few times per
year.

My husband's case was particularly challenging and Dr. Wosnitzer was
successful. I believe that a large part of his success lies in the fact
that he specializes in this procedure. Please feel free to call us should
you have any more questions.

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer,

It is with much joy that we announce the good news of our newest family member, Thomas Ailey who was born on July 26, 2007. He was 38 weeks old and weighed in at a healthy 8 lbs. 13 oz. and was 21.5 inches long.

My husband’s vasectomy reversal was performed on September 18, 2006. At that time, Ron's vasectomy was a little over three years old. Much to our amazement, we conceived baby Timothy in November 2006! Only two months post surgery! No doubt in thanks to God’s grace and the talent He has given you to be such an expert surgeon in your field. Words don’t begin to describe our heartfelt thanks for the role you played in restoring Rick’s fertility. There is no doubt in our minds that God has used you as an instrument to bring another eternal soul into the world.

I would also like to thank your staff for the professional care that Ron received post op. Due to our family schedule, Ron had to drive to New Jersey from Virginia alone for the surgery. He felt that he was in good hands and did not have any complications during or following the surgery. Everything healed as you said it would. The rest, as they say, is history!

Attached are photos taken minutes after Timothy was born and one taken once we brought him home. May God continue to bless you in this most important line of work that you do. We will mail you the "official" baby announcement as soon as we get them printed. Please use us as a reference for all your future patients.

Humbly,
Cindy and Ron Ailey

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer and Staff,

I have attached the email which we sent to you last March. Unfortunately, I miscarried that pregnancy but we wanted to let you know that on May 17, 2007 I gave birth to a perfect baby girl, Maria Ashley Dudley. As you know we have 3 boys and we did not know what we were expecting. You can imagine our excitement when we saw it was a girl!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are so thrilled and feel we have been given a little slice of heaven here on earth. We can't thank you enough. Two pregnancies in less than a year of the reversal is amazing. We couldn't imagine our lives without her and she would not be here if it weren't for you. We will never be able to adequately express how amazing you are and the difference you made in our lives. Please continue to use us a references. We are so excited to share our experience with others who are deciding on a reversal.
God Bless,

THE SURGERY WORKED!!!!!!!

Hello Dr. Wosnitzer & Nancy:
Hopefully you remember us from Dave’s surgery back on Ap0ril 26,. 2006. David had a slightly longer surgery during his reversal – about 4+ hours due to the fact that his vasectomy was done a little too well. Nancy was so kind to have the local pizzaria deliver to our hotel room. You guys were truly great!

I’m contacting you to announce my pregnancy! The surgery was done in April 2006 and I became pregnant in August 2006. The odds were against us due to my irregular cycle. Dave had a sperm count done independently 10 weeks after his reversal, and we couldn’t believe he even had a sperm count! And it was good enough to get a pregnancy, as I am expecting a baby girl in May 2007.
I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am truly grateful for this gift.

Aloha Dr. Wosnitzer and Your Wonderful Staff,

It is almost three years since Larry had his vasectomy reversal and our lives have been completely transformed. We couldn't remember if we ever got word to you about our miracle. You may remember, at the time of the reversal it had been 18 years since Patrick had his vasectomy and I was 41 years old. You suggested that we shouldn't wait very long before "trying" to get pregnant. Well, we got pregnant in June and Cal Thomas Everest was born April 1st, 2004. All throughout the pregnancy we were "sure" he was a girl so it was the ultimate "April Fool's" surprise when we met him. He is a healthy and happy boy. He has adapted well to all the many changes over his short 19 months (we moved twice on Maui and ultimately ended up moving to Austin, TX where we currently live.)

We can't thank you enough for making this possible. Without your help, we would not be living our dream. We tell everyone about you and your wonderful staff. Keep up the good work!

Marie, Patrick & Cal Thomas Everest

Happy Halloween!

December 2, 2005

Dr. Wosnitzer,

You did too good of a job. The first post-operation baby is only 14 months old, and Diana is over two months pregnant again. And, we were definitely not trying: Oops! I'm going to have to get someone to unravel your good work before I have an entire litter of kids.
Thanks!? : )

P.S. Don't let anyone try to convince you that spending too much time on a bicycle saddle makes you impotent. I ride a bike approximately 175 miles per week.

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer:

My husband had his reversal on 1/31/05. We are expecting our baby on 2/13/05. We got pregnant on our third month. When I was reading the testimonials I did not dare to dream it would happen so fast, but it has. I also wanted to assure people that are worried about antibodies because my husband’s body is producing a lot of antibodies and we still got pregnant.
My doctor in fact was extremely impressed with his sperm count in April and said that the quality of the reversal plays a big part; he also said where antibodies are concerned sometimes quantity can make up for the problem. He was so impressed he wanted your information. I hope you do not mind referrals.

Hi there! My husband and I were in your office in January ( I don’t remember the exact date) and all went well. I wanted to thank you all for being so wonderful to us. Shawn was back on his feet in no time, and it was all I could do to get him to follow the Dr.’s orders for that first month! I wanted to let you know that the reason we haven’t sent in a sample is because I am pregnant! After only 3 months of trying! I am due on January 25th 2006. We are so excited and can’t wait! Thank you so much for making our much longed for dream come true. We will be sure to keep you posted!

Thanks again,

Rachel Danielson

Dr. Wosnitzer,
I just wanted to let you know that your skills are amazing. After
having a reversal in Spring of 2003 it took William Chaquet and I over a year to get pregnant. We had almost lost hope since you had said the best chance of success was in the year after the reversal. We had our lovely daughter in November of 2004. Feeling very grateful for this gift, but hoping for more we are now pregnant again, two years after the reversal surgery, with our fourth baby. Thank you so much for the work that you do and the expertise you have developed!

Sincerely,
Lauren Chaquet

Dear Nancy,

Hi Nancy,
We just want to say thank you again for the wonderful and personal attention you gave us. We have already highly recommended Dr. Wosnitzer to another couple who is considering reversal. As you may remember, Steven did this 100% for me. He is perfectly content with the 4 children we already have, so it probably won't surprise you that he was a bit whiny during his recovery! He's doing great now, and we are praying that his numbers are good. I forget what happens next, do you call us with the results or should we call you, and when?
I look forward to hearing from you and hope you all are enjoying the summer and staying nice and cool in that lovely cool office of yours! Take care,
Maya Alcott

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer and staff,

Here is our little bundle of joy. We welcomed James Sharmin on Memorial Day, May 30, 2005. He weighed 7 lbs. 13 oz. and was 21 inches long.

We just wanted to thank you all again for making this possible.

I remember when I first met my husband, he told me he had a vasectomy after already having three boys. My life's dream was to have a child, so when I heard this, I was not even sure if I should even pursue the relationship. Now, three years later, we're married and have a beautiful baby.

Thank you for making my dream a reality!
Yes, you may use our email address for references. We rave about you all when we tell other people about our experience.

Thanks again!

To all those at The Vasectomy Reversal Center,
I am sorry that I did not write sooner to share our wonderful news. At any
rate, here it is now… We are expecting!! Darryl had his vasectomy reversed
on April 2, 2004. We started trying to get pregnant after 6 weeks. In
July, our third month of trying, we were successful! We are expecting our
little girl on April 9, 2005. However, I had my first two children at 36
weeks. So we are anxiously awaiting the arrival in just one month,
somewhere around March 12th.
I just wanted to pass on the wonderful news and say thank you for helping to
make my dream of more children come true. What a wonderful gift!
Thank you,

Dr. W., Nancy, and Elaine...

Hiya! Just wanted to touch base. Chris and I made it home safely. The portable DVD player is worth it's weight in gold!!!! Chris did not need any pain meds at all and only took Tylenol one more evening. He seems to be healing up nicely and is finally looking forward to his time off at work!!! He seems to be doing fine. We wanted to thank you all again for everything. Chris said the surgery was not bad at all and we both really appreciated the "homey" comfort of the office and the kind, gentle, and very attending nature of the Dr. and the nurses. All in all.. it was not only a good experience with the procedure but the "little things" like the Dr. walking Chris out to our car, the pillow and the blankey the staff offered me, and most of all... the patience and the overall feeling like the staff really cared about our outcome. That is the memories we walk away with.

All we can say is that prior to going into this.. we had so much doubt and sadness about the outcome. With only one testicle, cancer, and radiation.... we knew the odds were not good. We both prepared ourselves for the bad news. But, the expertise of the Dr. and staff... we left with a miracle!!! Thank you all so much. We will certainly keep in touch and hopefully, with a little help from God, we'll have some good news in the future. We can not tell you all how much you have helped us, how much hope you had given us, and maybe even will change our lives in the future. Although we know nothing is for certain, we now feel like we have a chance.

Thanx again... from the very bottom of our hearts. You all are wonderful and top-notch professionals. If you ever need any inquiries for referrals, please do not hesitate to contact us or to give out our e-mail address.

Sincerely,

Chris and Dianne

Well, it finally happened - we're expecting our third child August 9, 2005! Jay and I visited you wonderful people in March of 2004 for a second attempt at vasectomy reversal. On December 2 we tested positive that your hard work (and our "hard work") had paid off! I'm 13 weeks pregnant and we couldn't be happier. Just two weeks ago at my last doctor's visit, we heard the heartbeat - Jerold and I both got teary. We've wanted this dream and all of you made it possible, for that, we can't say thank you enough.

I'll keep you posted on our progress and the final outcome! Consider adding us to your list of faces that you put a smile on!

Many thanks,

Hi All! Just took a pregnancy test last night and it is positive! Daniel had his surgery in October 2004! We're expecting the due date sometime around October 25th, 2005. This truly is a miracle! We're still in shock! We'll e-mail more info. as time goes on. Thank you so much, all of you! God Bless You!

FYI....my husband had his vasectomy reversed by Dr. Wosnitzer about five years ago. It had been 13 years since his vasectomy. Following the reversal, we tried several infertility methods with no success. We gave up after September 11th as we were being inseminated between the first and second planes hitting the World Trade Centers. We made peace with the idea of not having children and then....two years later, we were pregnant. We had a healthy baby boy on November 29, 2003.

THANK YOU!!!!
Edith and Tomas Bellochek

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer, Nancy and staff,

We happily announce the birth of our first reversal baby " Esther Emma Daewor". She was born on December 29th, big and healthy!
She is three weeks old today and growing rapidly.

We thank you so much!!!

A and J Daewor

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer and Staff,

We just wanted to give you an update on our progress after Charlie's reversal.
Charlie had his reversal done on May 26, 2004. We sent in his first sample the beginning of August. Everything was a success even though his count was about half of what it should be.
We have since learned that after only our third attempt, I am 20 weeks pregnant with a little boy. We can't believe it happened so quickly.
The baby is due in early June 2005. We will send you a photo of the baby to add to your collection of "miracles".

Thank you so much for everything you have done for us. You have made the impossible a reality!

Thank You Again,

Charles and Melanie Saunders

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer, Nancy and Staff,

I'm happy to announce that my wife Annie is pregnant. She is currently due on July 1, 2005. I had my reversal performed in November of 2003. Annie was pregnant in June of 2004, but unfortunately miscarried. I would like to thank everyone at your offices for the outstanding care and personal support you provided before and after the reversal procedure.

I will always highly recommend your services. Please feel free to use this testimonial.

Happy Holidays and best regards,

Ben and Annie Garrett

Hi Everyone! (12/16/04)
We just wanted to thank you. My husband had his second reversal November 2001. When the first attempt didn't work we almost lost hope until we found you. Dr. Wosnitzer, you are truly an amazing Doctor. We had our twins August 27th 2004. I had many problems myself. After going through IVF we were blessed with two little boys. I never thought the day would come, where I would be a Mom! Thank You for your amazing talent and help bringing these special babies into the world.

November 24, 2004

Hi all,
I guess I forgot to send a picture of our baby. After my procedure I think it was 9 or 10 Jan 2000, I had a very high sperm count within 4 months, the first time we checked it. After that time we had a couple of pregnancies that did not go well, and ended early. The third time was the charm sort of, as we had a lovely girl born in an emergency operation at 30 weeks. She spent a couple of months in the hospital, but has done well since that time.

Parents: Wayne and Yingshu Steller
Daughter: Soleil Han Steller, Born Easter 2004. 04/16/04 at 1.04 kg. She is now over 6kg, on November 24.

We have always remembered the procedure as the very best medical care we have ever received. I am sure that most patients have had a similar experience, although I doubt many of them were up at 7 the next morning to go to the passport office in NY, in order to make a 6 pm flight to Milan.

Many thanks
Wayne Steller

Hi Dr. Wosnitzer and Nancy,

Just wanted to let you all know that I am five weeks pregnant as of October 15, 2004! My partner, John Carver, was your patient back in December of 2003. Thank you all so much. We'll keep you posted.
Laura Danza and John Carver

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer and staff,

We wanted to share our good news with you! My wife and I welcomed a healthy baby girl, Alexandra Maple Rodriguez, into our family on Friday November 12, 2004. My wife got pregnant during her third cycle after we started trying following my surgery, and our daughter was born just 2 weeks more than 1 year after you performed my vasectomy reversal surgery--October 24, 2003.
We are thrilled at having this new addition to our family. Here is a picture of her, attached.
Thank you for helping make this possible for us!

Dear Doc Wosnitzer and Gang,

You've done it again!
My reversal was performed on December 8th, 2003 and as of March we're pregnant! As you know, my vasectomy was 15 years ago, and so even though my first sperm count results were very good, Lorraine and I were trying hard not to get too impatient. We kept reminding each other what you told us, that it commonly takes a year ...or TWO, to conceive after having the vasectomy so long ago. So when we found out we were pregnant just *four* months later, well I don't have to tell you that was one of the best days of our lives!

Congratulations on yet another job well done, and thank you all so much for your great work, fantastic attitudes and positive support. We are so grateful to you for making our dream of having more kids come true, there's really no way that we can ever thank you enough.

So make room in one of those baby books in the waiting room for one more baby face! We will be sending you a snapshot *next* December of our little miracle, so that you can add ours to the mountain of miracles you guys make happen every single week (Four times a week!), and so more couples like us can come in with just their hopes, and look at ours and all those other happy people's babies that you make possible, and go home with dreams that finally can, really come true.

Bless you all,
Douglas and Laura Claderman

Hi Nancy, Hi Dr. W.,

Thanks for all of your help. Dr. W. did my reversal in September 2002, right after Corinne and I got married. I waited because I did not want to go on our Honeymoon while recovering. The procedure was pretty much painless, and I felt very comfortable during the entire process, and recovery.

Corinne was pregnant in March of 2003, but she had an early term miscarriage. The post miscarriage stress was kind of tough, and I sent a few samples to Nancy so that you guys could check them out. She was always supportive and responsive.

By August Corinne was panicking so we went to a fertility specialist, Corinne started Clomid, and I went for an “independent” semen analysis. The Dr. at Skylands up here in Sussex County saw the scars so he knew I had had a reversal but he was literally amazed at my count and motility (literally amazed).
Your quality, service, and interpersonal support could not have been better. The surgery was almost pain free (especially considering the area), and your staff was great.

Please find attached a picture of Bryan Matthew born 08-06-04, 7 lbs 10oz 20.25” long at Morristown Hospital– thanks Dr. W. for making our lives complete.
Feel free to use this letter as a reference – or call us any time.

Dr Wosnitzer and group,

Sorry it has taken me so long to tell you that I am pregnant! I am actually a little over 5 months pregnant. My husband, Beau, had his operation in March and I became pregnant in September. We are thrilled at having this little one added to our lives. Thank you so much for the wonderful job you did. We thank your staff as well. We will let you know in June if it is a boy or girl. I hope as your other patients read this that they will be encouraged. My husband vasectomy was nine years old!

God Bless You

Hi:
I just wanted to thank everyone who made our new addition possible. The reversal has been a success. Eleanor gave birth to a baby boy, Michael, 7lbs 3oz. If you recall, she did become pregnant back in September of 2002 but miscarried. This time, everything went well. Mother and baby are in perfect health.

Now I have to figure out how to turn this thing off without getting near a knife !!!

Allen Scheiner

Dr. Wosnitzer, et. al.

Just to let you know. Matthew Franklin Smith was born 1-22 at 11:06a. He weighed 7lb 7oz and was 21 in long. Labor started 1-20 but was not at all difficult till 1-21 about 6-8p when it started to get painful. I had just asked Daniel how bad the pain had to be before we could go to the hospital when, before he could answer, my water broke. We called the doc, went to the hospital and waited almost 6 hours for the epidural anyway. (My nurse was more than a little scattered...!) But...the Nubain took the edge off--sent me into orbit--so all was well.
Delivery was somewhat difficult, but with the vacuum extraction, a great doctor and some hard pushing we have a beautiful son.
We chose Matthew's name then looked up the meaning. Matthew means "gift of God," something we are so aware of. In fact, there have been many "Matthews" along the way, including each of you. We thank God for directing us to your office.

We've been in e-mail contact with Gary and Tricia (can't recall their last name just now) since October. This has been an encouragement to them and we're hoping to hear some good news from them soon.

Thank you, all, again for being a gift to us.

Susan, Daniel and Matthew

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer, Nancy, Elaine and Lynn,
You guys did it again! Tony and I are pleased to introduce Francesca Josephine born on Feb. 12, 2004 at 1:43 P.M. She was 8 pounds, 6 oz and 21 inches! As you know Tony had his reversal in August of 2002 and I became pregnant in May of 2003, only 9 months later! You guys are our heroes. We are so blessed to have found you! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
Fondly,

Tony, Edith, Tony Jr., Nick, John, Sarah, and Felicia

November 10, 2003

Dear Dr Wosnitzer and Staff,
Here are the proud parents just a year later! Baby Kelly was
originally due on August 20th, coincidentally an exact year after
Samuel's visit to Dr. Wosnitzer on August 20th, 2002. (I thought it
would do justice to Scott that I might have to spend the same day with
a doctor, a year later, how funny). However, natural labor set in
early September 2nd and after my day in the hospital we opted for a
Caesarian birth that evening, which resulted in a healthy, happy girl.
She has Scott's smile, and looks a little like both of us.

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer & staff,
We wanted to let you know that our little boy was born on February 20, 2003. What a joy he has brought to our family! Thank you so much. Max had his reversal on August 15th of 2001 and I conceived 9 months later. We have pictures of our little boy, Dominic Gerard, on this website. Check it out and feel free to print out the picture of Dad and Dominic for your photo album.

Thanks again and God bless!

Good morning all. Jerrold here and doing well. Still a little swelling and some bruising but no unusual discomfort at all. Had a tough time getting back to Midland from Newark though. Decided to fly standby on a later flight so I wouldn't have to try to get to the airport at 3 am on Sunday. Ended up falling asleep while setting up in my chair facing the window (probably less then 20 feet from the gangway to the plane). Anyway, I woke up just in time to see my plane backing away from the gate. I approached the ticket counter and they asked if I was Mr. Davidson. They told me that they had paged me over and over. (I am usually a very light sleeper) I thought that perhaps, since I was the only one left in the boarding area, that they might have approached me and woke me up to see if I was the missing passenger, but they didn't. Missed that flight and all others for the duration of the day were booked full. (what a bonehead) Figured that I would spend all day and even possibly the night on Fathers Day in the airport at Newark. Got lucky though when another passenger failed to make their connection on a 12:30 departure to Detroit and I took his seat. Got home only a few hours later then previously scheduled. Quite an adventure, all in all.
Made it to Short Hills Mall on Saturday. That was quite a hike from your office. Probably wouldn't have been too bad if there were sidewalks to walk on but ended up blazing trials along the side of the road with cars driving by at 55 mph. Didn't dare walk along the roadway. Went into the mall, walked the length, all the time staying on the ground level. Then made it to Joe's All American Bar and Grill, had a couple of Bud Lights. Left there, stopped by Ms. Fields and got some cookies, called a cab and left for the Hotel. Now, that was my sort of shopping. Didn't go into a single store or even venture on the second level. Having walked from the Holiday Inn and then to Short Hills Mall, following the surgery on the previous day, was probably pushing the limit a little but I felt so good that it just seemed like the thing to do. I figure that I probably walked around 6-8 miles that day. Not a bad testimony of the ease of the procedure I would think. Probably not for everyone, but it worked for me.

Well, Liz is off to Las Vegas for her kickboxing camp this morning in just a few hours. That leaves me at home recovering, with all three kids for the next week. I feel great, so I don't expect that to be a problem at all. Probably will have to get my sanity checked after that many days alone with three kids under the age of 6 though.

What a pleasurable experience it was with you all. What a friendly group of people. You seem sort of like family. I recall the first day I was there and the Doctor was coming in through the back door and someone made the comment "Well, the Cowboy is finally here". There he was, in all his glory, wearing his 5 gallon hat, just a normal looking guy. That made me feel more at ease. Then to see and listen to you all, during the surgery. Thank you all so much. Now it will be just wait and see what comes. If it is God's will, then we will have more children. If not, we will cherish the ones we have.

Take care and God Bless,
Jerrold, Liz, Allison, Penny and Edith

PS....I am certainly no computer whiz, but I did attempt to send you a picture of Liz and the three kids, like I told you I would. I hope you get it all okay. Let me know if something goes wrong and I'll try again.
