Nancy and all,

Please see the attached for your information.

Due to my work commitments I travel extensively. As you know I sent a sample for you from Australia and it was unfortunately damaged in transit.

On Monday (October 1st) we went along to a fertility clinic here in Spain to have a test carried out. The attached is the result information we received today. The guy at the clinic was surprised (almost shocked) at the levels and quality.
Dr. Wosnitzer should once again be proud of his skills. A job well done in correcting my reversal but still no joy with meeting sperm and egg yet. A point working slightly against us is that I was in Australia last year and am currently in Holland while Rachel is in Spain. We are fixing that major obstacle in the coming months.

We will get there. My personal feeling is that this will be soon as both Rachel and I are in excellent health and are positive in our approach to this. We will keep you informed.

Thank you to you all. Best regards,
James Thaerr

Subject: RE: Reference regarding vasectomy reversal
My husband had a successful reversal performed by Dr. Wosnitzer almost
three years ago. Ten months later I was pregnant with my daughter who was
born on 2/3/05. (Photo of our family attached) What was really incredible about our situation is that my husband had the vasectomy almost 13 years before the reversal. Thus, the
likelihood of success was substantially lower for us. Another complication
was that my husband had a hernia corrected when he was a kid and so the vas
was much higher up on one side. Dr. Wosnitzer had a very difficult time
getting to that side but never gave up and kept working for several
additional hours to get both connected. He wanted us to have the best
possible chance to get pregnant. He is really dedicated and skilled. We
had interviewed many urologists and could not find anyone who could do it
for us so affordably. More importantly, I think it is better to go to a
Dr. who does the procedure several times per week as opposed to most
urologists who are not so specialized and only do them a few times per
year.

My husband's case was particularly challenging and Dr. Wosnitzer was
successful. I believe that a large part of his success lies in the fact
that he specializes in this procedure. Please feel free to call us should
you have any more questions.

Dave and Nancy Hilton

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer,

It is with much joy that we announce the good news of our newest family member, Thomas Ailey who was born on July 26, 2007. He was 38 weeks old and weighed in at a healthy 8 lbs. 13 oz. and was 21.5 inches long.

My husband’s vasectomy reversal was performed on September 18, 2006. At that time, Ron's vasectomy was a little over three years old. Much to our amazement, we conceived baby Timothy in November 2006! Only two months post surgery! No doubt in thanks to God’s grace and the talent He has given you to be such an expert surgeon in your field. Words don’t begin to describe our heartfelt thanks for the role you played in restoring Rick’s fertility. There is no doubt in our minds that God has used you as an instrument to bring another eternal soul into the world.

I would also like to thank your staff for the professional care that Ron received post op. Due to our family schedule, Ron had to drive to New Jersey from Virginia alone for the surgery. He felt that he was in good hands and did not have any complications during or following the surgery. Everything healed as you said it would. The rest, as they say, is history!

Attached are photos taken minutes after Timothy was born and one taken once we brought him home. May God continue to bless you in this most important line of work that you do. We will mail you the "official" baby announcement as soon as we get them printed. Please use us as a reference for all your future patients.

Humbly,
Cindy and Ron Ailey

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer and Staff,

I have attached the email which we sent to you last March. Unfortunately, I miscarried that pregnancy but we wanted to let you know that on May 17, 2007 I gave birth to a perfect baby girl, Maria Ashley Dudley. As you know we have 3 boys and we did not know what we were expecting. You can imagine our excitement when we saw it was a girl!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are so thrilled and feel we have been given a little slice of heaven here on earth. We can't thank you enough. Two pregnancies in less than a year of the reversal is amazing. We couldn't imagine our lives without her and she would not be here if it weren't for you. We will never be able to adequately express how amazing you are and the difference you made in our lives. Please continue to use us a references. We are so excited to share our experience with others who are deciding on a reversal.
God Bless,

THE SURGERY WORKED!!!!!!!

Hello Dr. Wosnitzer & Nancy:
Hopefully you remember us from Dave’s surgery back on Ap0ril 26,. 2006. David had a slightly longer surgery during his reversal – about 4+ hours due to the fact that his vasectomy was done a little too well. Nancy was so kind to have the local pizzaria deliver to our hotel room. You guys were truly great!

I’m contacting you to announce my pregnancy! The surgery was done in April 2006 and I became pregnant in August 2006. The odds were against us due to my irregular cycle. Dave had a sperm count done independently 10 weeks after his reversal, and we couldn’t believe he even had a sperm count! And it was good enough to get a pregnancy, as I am expecting a baby girl in May 2007.
I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am truly grateful for this gift.

Aloha Dr. Wosnitzer and Your Wonderful Staff,

It is almost three years since Larry had his vasectomy reversal and our lives have been completely transformed. We couldn't remember if we ever got word to you about our miracle. You may remember, at the time of the reversal it had been 18 years since Patrick had his vasectomy and I was 41 years old. You suggested that we shouldn't wait very long before "trying" to get pregnant. Well, we got pregnant in June and Cal Thomas Everest was born April 1st, 2004. All throughout the pregnancy we were "sure" he was a girl so it was the ultimate "April Fool's" surprise when we met him. He is a healthy and happy boy. He has adapted well to all the many changes over his short 19 months (we moved twice on Maui and ultimately ended up moving to Austin, TX where we currently live.)

We can't thank you enough for making this possible. Without your help, we would not be living our dream. We tell everyone about you and your wonderful staff. Keep up the good work!

Marie, Patrick & Cal Thomas Everest

Happy Halloween!

December 2, 2005

Dr. Wosnitzer,

You did too good of a job. The first post-operation baby is only 14 months old, and Diana is over two months pregnant again. And, we were definitely not trying: Oops! I'm going to have to get someone to unravel your good work before I have an entire litter of kids.
Thanks!? : )

Mark Smilkens
P.S. Don't let anyone try to convince you that spending too much time on a bicycle saddle makes you impotent. I ride a bike approximately 175 miles per week.

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer:

My husband had his reversal on 1/31/05. We are expecting our baby on 2/13/05. We got pregnant on our third month. When I was reading the testimonials I did not dare to dream it would happen so fast, but it has. I also wanted to assure people that are worried about antibodies because my husband’s body is producing a lot of antibodies and we still got pregnant.
My doctor in fact was extremely impressed with his sperm count in April and said that the quality of the reversal plays a big part; he also said where antibodies are concerned sometimes quantity can make up for the problem. He was so impressed he wanted your information. I hope you do not mind referrals.

Hi there! My husband and I were in your office in January ( I don’t remember the exact date) and all went well. I wanted to thank you all for being so wonderful to us. Shawn was back on his feet in no time, and it was all I could do to get him to follow the Dr.’s orders for that first month! I wanted to let you know that the reason we haven’t sent in a sample is because I am pregnant! After only 3 months of trying! I am due on January 25th 2006. We are so excited and can’t wait! Thank you so much for making our much longed for dream come true. We will be sure to keep you posted!

Thanks again,

Rachel Danielson

Dr. Wosnitzer,
I just wanted to let you know that your skills are amazing. After
having a reversal in Spring of 2003 it took William Chaquet and I over a year to get pregnant. We had almost lost hope since you had said the best chance of success was in the year after the reversal. We had our lovely daughter in November of 2004. Feeling very grateful for this gift, but hoping for more we are now pregnant again, two years after the reversal surgery, with our fourth baby. Thank you so much for the work that you do and the expertise you have developed!

Sincerely,
Lauren Chaquet

Dear Nancy,
Just a quick note to let you all know that the surgery finally worked! We are expecting a baby boy on August 1. We just want to thank you all for everything you have done and for making this possible for us! Thanks so much!

Hi Nancy,
We just want to say thank you again for the wonderful and personal attention you gave us. We have already highly recommended Dr. Wosnitzer to another couple who is considering reversal. As you may remember, Steven did this 100% for me. He is perfectly content with the 4 children we already have, so it probably won't surprise you that he was a bit whiny during his recovery! He's doing great now, and we are praying that his numbers are good. I forget what happens next, do you call us with the results or should we call you, and when?
I look forward to hearing from you and hope you all are enjoying the summer and staying nice and cool in that lovely cool office of yours! Take care,
Maya Alcott

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer and staff,

Here is our little bundle of joy. We welcomed James Sharmin on Memorial Day, May 30, 2005. He weighed 7 lbs. 13 oz. and was 21 inches long.

We just wanted to thank you all again for making this possible.

I remember when I first met my husband, he told me he had a vasectomy after already having three boys. My life's dream was to have a child, so when I heard this, I was not even sure if I should even pursue the relationship. Now, three years later, we're married and have a beautiful baby.

Thank you for making my dream a reality!
Yes, you may use our email address for references. We rave about you all when we tell other people about our experience.

Thanks again!

The Sharmin’s

To all those at The Vasectomy Reversal Center,
I am sorry that I did not write sooner to share our wonderful news. At any
rate, here it is now… We are expecting!! Darryl had his vasectomy reversed
on April 2, 2004. We started trying to get pregnant after 6 weeks. In
July, our third month of trying, we were successful! We are expecting our
little girl on April 9, 2005. However, I had my first two children at 36
weeks. So we are anxiously awaiting the arrival in just one month,
somewhere around March 12th.
I just wanted to pass on the wonderful news and say thank you for helping to
make my dream of more children come true. What a wonderful gift!
Thank you,
Elena Reed

Dr. W., Nancy, and Elaine...

Hiya! Just wanted to touch base. Chris and I made it home safely. The portable DVD player is worth it's weight in gold!!!! Chris did not need any pain meds at all and only took Tylenol one more evening. He seems to be healing up nicely and is finally looking forward to his time off at work!!! He seems to be doing fine. We wanted to thank you all again for everything. Chris said the surgery was not bad at all and we both really appreciated the "homey" comfort of the office and the kind, gentle, and very attending nature of the Dr. and the nurses. All in all.. it was not only a good experience with the procedure but the "little things" like the Dr. walking Chris out to our car, the pillow and the blankey the staff offered me, and most of all... the patience and the overall feeling like the staff really cared about our outcome. That is the memories we walk away with.

All we can say is that prior to going into this.. we had so much doubt and sadness about the outcome. With only one testicle, cancer, and radiation.... we knew the odds were not good. We both prepared ourselves for the bad news. But, the expertise of the Dr. and staff... we left with a miracle!!! Thank you all so much. We will certainly keep in touch and hopefully, with a little help from God, we'll have some good news in the future. We can not tell you all how much you have helped us, how much hope you had given us, and maybe even will change our lives in the future. Although we know nothing is for certain, we now feel like we have a chance.

Thanx again... from the very bottom of our hearts. You all are wonderful and top-notch professionals. If you ever need any inquiries for referrals, please do not hesitate to contact us or to give out our e-mail address.

Sincerely,

Chris and Dianne

Well, it finally happened - we're expecting our third child August 9, 2005! Jay and I visited you wonderful people in March of 2004 for a second attempt at vasectomy reversal. On December 2 we tested positive that your hard work (and our "hard work") had paid off! I'm 13 weeks pregnant and we couldn't be happier. Just two weeks ago at my last doctor's visit, we heard the heartbeat - Jerold and I both got teary. We've wanted this dream and all of you made it possible, for that, we can't say thank you enough.

I'll keep you posted on our progress and the final outcome! Consider adding us to your list of faces that you put a smile on!

Many thanks,
Teresa Williams

Hi All! Just took a pregnancy test last night and it is positive! Daniel had his surgery in October 2004! We're expecting the due date sometime around October 25th, 2005. This truly is a miracle! We're still in shock! We'll e-mail more info. as time goes on. Thank you so much, all of you! God Bless You!

FYI....my husband had his vasectomy reversed by Dr. Wosnitzer about five years ago. It had been 13 years since his vasectomy. Following the reversal, we tried several infertility methods with no success. We gave up after September 11th as we were being inseminated between the first and second planes hitting the World Trade Centers. We made peace with the idea of not having children and then....two years later, we were pregnant. We had a healthy baby boy on November 29, 2003.

THANK YOU!!!!
Edith and Tomas Bellochek

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer, Nancy and staff,

We happily announce the birth of our first reversal baby " Esther Emma Daewor". She was born on December 29th, big and healthy!
She is three weeks old today and growing rapidly.

We thank you so much!!!

A and J Daewor

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer and Staff,

We just wanted to give you an update on our progress after Charlie's reversal.
Charlie had his reversal done on May 26, 2004. We sent in his first sample the beginning of August. Everything was a success even though his count was about half of what it should be.
We have since learned that after only our third attempt, I am 20 weeks pregnant with a little boy. We can't believe it happened so quickly.
The baby is due in early June 2005. We will send you a photo of the baby to add to your collection of "miracles".

Thank you so much for everything you have done for us. You have made the impossible a reality!

Thank You Again,

Charles and Melanie Saunders

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer, Nancy and Staff,

I'm happy to announce that my wife Annie is pregnant. She is currently due on July 1, 2005. I had my reversal performed in November of 2003. Annie was pregnant in June of 2004, but unfortunately miscarried. I would like to thank everyone at your offices for the outstanding care and personal support you provided before and after the reversal procedure.

I will always highly recommend your services. Please feel free to use this testimonial.

Happy Holidays and best regards,

Ben and Annie Garrett

Hello, and Thanks!

It has been a little over a month and it is time to send
you our first sample! along with the sample we would like to send the good
news that Marcia is pregnant! Thanks again for making the whole experience as comfortable as possible.

Hi Everyone! (12/16/04)
We just wanted to thank you. My husband had his second reversal November 2001. When the first attempt didn't work we almost lost hope until we found you. Dr. Wosnitzer, you are truly an amazing Doctor. We had our twins August 27th 2004. I had many problems myself. After going through IVF we were blessed with two little boys. I never thought the day would come, where I would be a Mom! Thank You for your amazing talent and help bringing these special babies into the world.
Deidre, Lawrence, Thomas & Ian

November 24, 2004

Hi all,
I guess I forgot to send a picture of our baby. After my procedure I think it was 9 or 10 Jan 2000, I had a very high sperm count within 4 months, the first time we checked it. After that time we had a couple of pregnancies that did not go well, and ended early. The third time was the charm sort of, as we had a lovely girl born in an emergency operation at 30 weeks. She spent a couple of months in the hospital, but has done well since that time.

Parents: Wayne and Yingshu Steller
Daughter: Soleil Han Steller, Born Easter 2004. 04/16/04 at 1.04 kg. She is now over 6kg, on November 24.

We have always remembered the procedure as the very best medical care we have ever received. I am sure that most patients have had a similar experience, although I doubt many of them were up at 7 the next morning to go to the passport office in NY, in order to make a 6 pm flight to Milan.

Many thanks
Wayne Steller

Hi Dr. Wosnitzer and Nancy,

Just wanted to let you all know that I am five weeks pregnant as of October 15, 2004! My partner, John Carver, was your patient back in December of 2003. Thank you all so much. We'll keep you posted.
Laura Danza and John Carver

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer and staff,

We wanted to share our good news with you! My wife and I welcomed a healthy baby girl, Alexandra Maple Rodriguez, into our family on Friday November 12, 2004. My wife got pregnant during her third cycle after we started trying following my surgery, and our daughter was born just 2 weeks more than 1 year after you performed my vasectomy reversal surgery--October 24, 2003.
We are thrilled at having this new addition to our family. Here is a picture of her, attached.
Thank you for helping make this possible for us!

David and Samantha Rodriguez
Jericho, NY

Dear Doc Wosnitzer and Gang,

You've done it again!
My reversal was performed on December 8th, 2003 and as of March we're pregnant! As you know, my vasectomy was 15 years ago, and so even though my first sperm count results were very good, Lorraine and I were trying hard not to get too impatient. We kept reminding each other what you told us, that it commonly takes a year ...or TWO, to conceive after having the vasectomy so long ago. So when we found out we were pregnant just *four* months later, well I don't have to tell you that was one of the best days of our lives!

Congratulations on yet another job well done, and thank you all so much for your great work, fantastic attitudes and positive support. We are so grateful to you for making our dream of having more kids come true, there's really no way that we can ever thank you enough.

So make room in one of those baby books in the waiting room for one more baby face! We will be sending you a snapshot *next* December of our little miracle, so that you can add ours to the mountain of miracles you guys make happen every single week (Four times a week!), and so more couples like us can come in with just their hopes, and look at ours and all those other happy people's babies that you make possible, and go home with dreams that finally can, really come true.

Bless you all,
Douglas and Laura Claderman

Hi Nancy, Hi Dr. W.,

Thanks for all of your help. Dr. W. did my reversal in September 2002, right after Corinne and I got married. I waited because I did not want to go on our Honeymoon while recovering. The procedure was pretty much painless, and I felt very comfortable during the entire process, and recovery.

Corinne was pregnant in March of 2003, but she had an early term miscarriage. The post miscarriage stress was kind of tough, and I sent a few samples to Nancy so that you guys could check them out. She was always supportive and responsive.

By August Corinne was panicking so we went to a fertility specialist, Corinne started Clomid, and I went for an “independent” semen analysis. The Dr. at Skylands up here in Sussex County saw the scars so he knew I had had a reversal but he was literally amazed at my count and motility (literally amazed).
Your quality, service, and interpersonal support could not have been better. The surgery was almost pain free (especially considering the area), and your staff was great.

Please find attached a picture of Bryan Matthew born 08-06-04, 7 lbs 10oz 20.25” long at Morristown Hospital– thanks Dr. W. for making our lives complete.
Feel free to use this letter as a reference – or call us any time.

Joe and Corinne Fredricks

Dr Wosnitzer and group,

Sorry it has taken me so long to tell you that I am pregnant! I am actually a little over 5 months pregnant. My husband, Beau, had his operation in March and I became pregnant in September. We are thrilled at having this little one added to our lives. Thank you so much for the wonderful job you did. We thank your staff as well. We will let you know in June if it is a boy or girl. I hope as your other patients read this that they will be encouraged. My husband vasectomy was nine years old!

God Bless You

Hi:
I just wanted to thank everyone who made our new addition possible. The reversal has been a success. Eleanor gave birth to a baby boy, Michael, 7lbs 3oz. If you recall, she did become pregnant back in September of 2002 but miscarried. This time, everything went well. Mother and baby are in perfect health.

Now I have to figure out how to turn this thing off without getting near a knife !!!

Allen Scheiner

Dr. Wosnitzer, et. al.

Just to let you know. Matthew Franklin Smith was born 1-22 at 11:06a. He weighed 7lb 7oz and was 21 in long. Labor started 1-20 but was not at all difficult till 1-21 about 6-8p when it started to get painful. I had just asked Daniel how bad the pain had to be before we could go to the hospital when, before he could answer, my water broke. We called the doc, went to the hospital and waited almost 6 hours for the epidural anyway. (My nurse was more than a little scattered...!) But...the Nubain took the edge off--sent me into orbit--so all was well.
Delivery was somewhat difficult, but with the vacuum extraction, a great doctor and some hard pushing we have a beautiful son.
We chose Matthew's name then looked up the meaning. Matthew means "gift of God," something we are so aware of. In fact, there have been many "Matthews" along the way, including each of you. We thank God for directing us to your office.

We've been in e-mail contact with Gary and Tricia (can't recall their last name just now) since October. This has been an encouragement to them and we're hoping to hear some good news from them soon.

Thank you, all, again for being a gift to us.

Susan, Daniel and Matthew

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer, Nancy, Elaine and Lynn,
You guys did it again! Tony and I are pleased to introduce Francesca Josephine born on Feb. 12, 2004 at 1:43 P.M. She was 8 pounds, 6 oz and 21 inches! As you know Tony had his reversal in August of 2002 and I became pregnant in May of 2003, only 9 months later! You guys are our heroes. We are so blessed to have found you! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
Fondly,

Tony, Edith, Tony Jr., Nick, John, Sarah, and Felicia

Dear Dr Wosnitzer and Staff,
Here are the proud parents just a year later! Baby Kelly was
originally due on August 20th, coincidentally an exact year after
Samuel's visit to Dr. Wosnitzer on August 20th, 2002. (I thought it
would do justice to Scott that I might have to spend the same day with
a doctor, a year later, how funny). However, natural labor set in
early September 2nd and after my day in the hospital we opted for a
Caesarian birth that evening, which resulted in a healthy, happy girl.
She has Scott's smile, and looks a little like both of us.

Dear Dr. Wosnitzer & staff,
We wanted to let you know that our little boy was born on February 20, 2003. What a joy he has brought to our family! Thank you so much. Max had his reversal on August 15th of 2001 and I conceived 9 months later. We have pictures of our little boy, Dominic Gerard, on this website. Check it out and feel free to print out the picture of Dad and Dominic for your photo album.

Thanks again and God bless!
Matthew & Dana

Good morning all. Jerrold here and doing well. Still a little swelling and some bruising but no unusual discomfort at all. Had a tough time getting back to Midland from Newark though. Decided to fly standby on a later flight so I wouldn't have to try to get to the airport at 3 am on Sunday. Ended up falling asleep while setting up in my chair facing the window (probably less then 20 feet from the gangway to the plane). Anyway, I woke up just in time to see my plane backing away from the gate. I approached the ticket counter and they asked if I was Mr. Davidson. They told me that they had paged me over and over. (I am usually a very light sleeper) I thought that perhaps, since I was the only one left in the boarding area, that they might have approached me and woke me up to see if I was the missing passenger, but they didn't. Missed that flight and all others for the duration of the day were booked full. (what a bonehead) Figured that I would spend all day and even possibly the night on Fathers Day in the airport at Newark. Got lucky though when another passenger failed to make their connection on a 12:30 departure to Detroit and I took his seat. Got home only a few hours later then previously scheduled. Quite an adventure, all in all.
Made it to Short Hills Mall on Saturday. That was quite a hike from your office. Probably wouldn't have been too bad if there were sidewalks to walk on but ended up blazing trials along the side of the road with cars driving by at 55 mph. Didn't dare walk along the roadway. Went into the mall, walked the length, all the time staying on the ground level. Then made it to Joe's All American Bar and Grill, had a couple of Bud Lights. Left there, stopped by Ms. Fields and got some cookies, called a cab and left for the Hotel. Now, that was my sort of shopping. Didn't go into a single store or even venture on the second level. Having walked from the Holiday Inn and then to Short Hills Mall, following the surgery on the previous day, was probably pushing the limit a little but I felt so good that it just seemed like the thing to do. I figure that I probably walked around 6-8 miles that day. Not a bad testimony of the ease of the procedure I would think. Probably not for everyone, but it worked for me.

Well, Liz is off to Las Vegas for her kickboxing camp this morning in just a few hours. That leaves me at home recovering, with all three kids for the next week. I feel great, so I don't expect that to be a problem at all. Probably will have to get my sanity checked after that many days alone with three kids under the age of 6 though.

What a pleasurable experience it was with you all. What a friendly group of people. You seem sort of like family. I recall the first day I was there and the Doctor was coming in through the back door and someone made the comment "Well, the Cowboy is finally here". There he was, in all his glory, wearing his 5 gallon hat, just a normal looking guy. That made me feel more at ease. Then to see and listen to you all, during the surgery. Thank you all so much. Now it will be just wait and see what comes. If it is God's will, then we will have more children. If not, we will cherish the ones we have.

Take care and God Bless,
Jerrold, Liz, Allison, Penny and Edith

PS....I am certainly no computer whiz, but I did attempt to send you a picture of Liz and the three kids, like I told you I would. I hope you get it all okay. Let me know if something goes wrong and I'll try again.
