The Vasectomy Reversal Center of New Jersey would be pleased to schedule your vasectomy reversal on any date, with a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks notice and a deposit of 50% of the total charges ($6150) which includes an initial consultation fee of $150 and the in-office surgery fee of $6000. The deposit of $3075 ($600 of which is non-refundable, without at least 4 weeks notice prior to surgery date), is payable by personal check or any major credit card and your surgery date must be scheduled by telephone. There are absolutely no additional charges.
The balance of $3075 is due no later than two weeks prior to the scheduled surgery date. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Dr. Wosnitzer performs three vasectomy reversals per week, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Your consultation may be scheduled on a Saturday in advance of surgery, but is usually scheduled on the morning of the procedure for the convenience of the patient. The patient needs to be in town for two nights, the night before surgery and the night following surgery.
